Call City Hall, Y’all

Although it sometimes seems like politicians are deaf, dumb and blind, they really do care about what citizens think. Call the City Council at 254-918-1287 or email at tjohnson@stephenvilletx.gov and politely let them know what you think. After you’ve called or emailed them, drop us a line and let us know.

Volunteer

We need arborists, Master Naturalists, lawyers, construction engineers, evangelists, horticulturalists, local history buffs, senior citizens, social media administrators and you-name-it to augment our highly motivated team. Whether you have specialized skills or not, please join our team. It’s a good cause and we will take all the help we can get. Drop us a line and let us know how you’d like to help.

Spread the word

The more people know about the plight of the Seniors’ Tree and The Seniors’ Center, the better. Let friends and neighbors know about the SeniorsTree.org website. Post a link to the website on your Facebook page. Call the radio station. Talk it up on your podcast. Do whatever it takes to get the word out. Let us know how your evangelizing is going by clicking the button below

Don’t take our word for it. Do a drive-by or, better yet, a walk-by and see for yourself. The building site is at 200 N. Vine. While your at it, take a look at the better-suited city-owned vacant lots nearby. One is at the far east end of E. Tarleton Street. The other one is the large lot on Mason St. between Floral Street and N. Vine. Then click the button below to tell us what you think.

Let us know what you think

We’re open to any and all suggestions, comments, criticisms, recommendations, attaboys, go-to-hades and whatever else you might want to say. Please drop us a line and let us know what you think.
